46While He was still talking to the multitudes, behold, His mother and brothers stood outside, seeking to speak with Him. 47Then one said to Him, “Look, Your mother and Your brothers are standing outside, seeking to speak with You.” 48But He answered and said to the one who told Him, “Who is My mother and who are My brothers?” 49And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, “Here are My mother and My brothers! 50For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother.”
So if this showes James didnt do the willl of God, so does that mean MARY his mother didnt?!

These scriptures are not what determines whether they did the will of God or not. Jesus was showing us that your human bloodline is not more important than your spiritual bloodline. Your human birth or bloodline does not save you, your spiritual birth or bloodline does. The word says, this world and everything in it will pass away, but those who do the will of God abides forever. Those who inherit eternal life become the sons of God. The will of God in Mary's life was to remain a virgin and give birth to Jesus. That she did. Jesus also said, He did not come to bring peace, but a sword. In a house of 5, he will pit 2 against 3, in other words, 2 of your family may believe in God and 3 may not. You can again see from this, your family bloodline cannot save you, only the adoption of Jesus Christ and doing his will.
